Grilled Rosemary Skewered Prawns Recipe

Ingredients:
12 Jumbo Prawns, peeled-tail on
6  4-5 inch Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
1-2 cloves Garlic, minced         
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:
With the Rosemary sprigs, skewer the Prawns two to a sprig. Coat with ingredients
and marinate for 20 minutes to two hours. Grill for one to two minutes per side.
