Country Crusted Strawberries & Cream Cobbler Recipe

Streusel Topping:
1/2 Lb Butter (softened)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Flour
1/2- 1 Cup Chopped Cookies (oatmeal works well too)

In a mixing bowl combine butter and sugar. Then add flour and cookies. Mix until
lumpy (don't over mix)

Cobbler:
3-4 oz Cream Cheese, Diced                        
2 Pints Strawberries, Cut in Half                                    
1/2 Cup Sugar                                                                
1 Shot Liquor (Grand Marnier, Chambord, etc)
1/2 Cup Cream
1/2 Cup Flour

For the Pan:
Butter
1 tsp Flour

Butter the sides and bottom of baking pan, dust with flour and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into baking pan and top
with streusel (about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick).
Bake 325*-350* for 30 minutes or until browned.
