Baked Wheel Of Brie " En Croute" Recipe

1 Wheel of Brie (Approx 1 lbs)
1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
Butter
You choice of stuffing ~
Fruit Jams ~ Dried Fruit
Mushrooms ~ Lobster
Anything good
Preheat oven to 400*
Lay out puff pastry. Place stuffing in the center of the pastry. Place Brie on top of stuffing. Fold over pastry.
Rub seams together forming a seal to keep cheese inside while baking. Flip over onto a buttered baking sheet.
Make designs with any remaining pastry dough and arrange on top. Apply an egg wash for a shiny crust. Bake
for 20 minutes. Pastry should be golden brown and cheese melted. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before
serving.
