Crab Stuffed Mushroom Recipe

1/2 lb Cooked Crab Meat
1 Cup Grated White Cheddar
12-15 Large Mushrooms
2-3 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Fresh Parsley, Basil, etc.
1/2 Tsp Garlic
1/2 Tsp Shallots
Clean and remove stem from mushrooms. Lightly saute' mushrooms with 2 tbsp butter, a little
garlic and shallots - about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook because we will bake the
mushrooms again later. Set aside and allow to cool.
Combine crab meat, cheese, herbs and bread crumbs (reserve some bread crumbs for topping).
Stuff the mushrooms and arrange on a baking sheet leaving a space between each one. Melt
the remaining butter. Mix with the remaining bread crumbs and sprinkle over the stuffed
mushrooms. Bake at 400*-425* for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
